Alongside the sauna, we use a heated lochside tent with a log burner for yoga, meditation, sound, and seated practices before and after the heat.
Sessions & Rhythms
Weekly and monthly sessions combining sauna with movement, stillness, music, and guided practices, offering gentle structure and repeatable rhythms.

Water & Outdoor activity
Seasonal water-based sessions including open water swimming, paddleboarding, and canoeing, designed to work alongside sauna and time outdoors rather than as stand-alone activities.
A Place of Connection & Renewal
✔️ Step into the warmth of the wood-fired sauna.
✔️ Cool off with a wild dip.
✔️ Sit in stillness, taking in the lochside views and the quiet rhythm of the water.
✔️ Enhance your experience with pop-up sessions like sauna & yoga, sauna & sound baths, and sauna & meditation.

Rooted in Nature.
Designed for 8 - 10 people, the wood-fired sauna is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the elements. Here, the rhythm of heat, cold, and recovery follows the natural cycles that have existed for generations.
Who We Are
WildEmber is held by someone with deep roots in eco-therapy and place based therapy, paddlesport coaching, education and group facilitation. These experiences quietly shape how we hold this space, but the sauna itself asks very little of you. Come as you are.
